dead.....

Dead as in the blog is dead.

Haha

So, in general, I'm not emo-ing, I just wanna get that straight.

=)

In fact, I'm the total opposite of emo. =)

hmmm... dunno what to write about now, so since I started the topic on being emo, I guess I should start talking about it. =)

Being emo is over-rated.

Seriously. I don't understand how being upset with your life and hating the world became so popular. I mean, It's fine for a little while, but being emo for a long period of time (lets say... a week or two?) is annoying, well for me at least.

The way I figure it, I'm Malaysian, so the average lifespan of a Malaysian women is about, what,
75 years or less?

So 75 years is a total of 648,000 hours. Assuming that we spend an average of 7.5 hours a day sleeping, that would leave us with 445500 hours of time that we're awake for living.

So, mathematically speaking, as a Malaysian woman, I have only approximately 445500 hours of living to do. And that's not really a lot if you ask me. There are still too many things to do in life and 445500hours isn't going to cover it.

Long story short, life is short, and you wont want to waste your hiding in a dark corner hating people. Cause that wont be fun.

Well, that's my view on being emo. Not that I discriminate against emo people or anything. I mean, if you like to be emo then go ahead. But since I started the topic(being emo, that is) for this post, I just think that I should air my views on it.

I guess that's it for this post. Which isn't really a post, more of a dabble.

So ciao I guess. =)

Sherlock Holmes

Sherlock Holmes is amazing!!

Kudos to Rob D Jr! That was exactly how I imagined Sherlock Holmes to be. =)

So anyway, in summary, the movie was awesome, the acting was awesome, and the story line was awesome.

Which  means the movie was awesome! =)

When I was lining up and buying tickets with Hui Ling, there was a china peck couple behind us trying to decide what movie to watch.

Girl: I wanna watch the Treasure Hunter show.

Guy: The one with Jay Chou.

Girl: Yeah la.

Guy: But that Sherlock Holems show looks nice.

Then me and Hui Ling starts laughing. Hahahaha.

Joke of the day mann...

Before I leave, I'd just like to say:

Merry Christmas People!!

Avatar!

Avatar...

Hmmm...

What can I say?

Well, definitely, hands down the best movie of the decade.

And I'm really happy about that. Cause finally we have something that can define the 00's before we hit 2010.

And here I slightly afraid that the future generations would relate us with Lady Gaga.

Anyway, back to:

Well, it's kinda like Pocahontas.

In an awesome, out of this world animation kind of way.

It's about these blue people trying to save they're home planet from us selfish meanie people.

And thats basically the whole jist of it. But it's a good jist! =)

The only part I didn't like about the movie is the people who were sitting behind me. They kept laughing at things that weren't suppose to be funny and the worst part was they kept kicking my chair. And I hate it when people do that. And then when I couldn't take it and more, I turn around and told then:

You kick my chair one more time I swear I'm gonna cut your friggin' dick off!

haha

I felt pretty good about myself.

Normally I don't approve of violence. But if I had a knife with me, I think I would have done it.

Punctuality.

Do you notice how people who have a higher ranking or are famous tend to forget the meaning of punctuality?

Like for example, yesterday, my sister wanted to go and see Jay Chou in Pavilion cause he was promoting his new movie. You know, the Treasure Hunter show? okay maybe you don't.

So I went to Pavilion too. I had half a mind not to but Hui Ling was there so I decided to go. Anyway, he was suppose to show up at 7 and it was still about 5 something like that, so me, Hui Ling and Hui Anne went to Times for a while. After killing another few minutes, it was already close to 6 so we headed back to the main entrance, staircase area to wait for him.

Not that I'm a huge Jay Chou fan or anything, but we were going to get a glimpse of him just for the heck of it and we could sit on the staircase. =)

So we sat on the staircase and talked, but when that got boring we played games on our hand phones. Hui Ling sent me this really stupid Twilight The Movie fan game. It's hilarious.

Its like a trivia game and they ask you stupid hard question from the movie, like:

Which of these items can be seen in Bella's room?

What is the name of the costume designer of Twilight?

and many many more stupid questions.

Anyway, back to Jay Chou.

So we waited, and waited, and then finally he shows up, at 8.15 P.M. I had this urge to slap him in the face and say something, "Can you tell me what time it is?" or something like that.

Why is it that some people think that they can get away with anything just cause they're famous? Or maybe cause they're rich?

Not only that, I think one of the largest hypocrites in this world are principles(or headmasters). They come to assembly and talk to us about punctuality. Give us detention when we don't go to classes on time. But then, there are those days when they make you stand in the hot sun (or in a hall, where ever you have your assembly) and wait and wait until they make their appearance. And they don't even apologies for it.

Will someone please send that principle to detention?

Well, I'm not saying that ALL principles are tardy and rude about it. But I can bet at maybe 90% of you people out there agree with what I'm saying here.

So famous people out there, read this message loud and clear.

WEAR A WATCH AND BE PUNCTUAL!

Cause seriously, some people just cross the line between fashionably late, and annoyingly late.

Another Edward Cullen dream?

So last night, I had this really weird Edward Cullen dream...

Anyway, it starts out as any normal EC dream. Like you know totally dreamy and I wish this would never end stuff?

Before I go any further with this, I wish to remind you people that I'm not talking about Rob Patt okay? Cause I have my own EC that inhabits my dreams and he's way, way hotter than Rob Patt and Taylor L combined. Yes, be afraid, be very afraid.

So anyway, we were on this building, and then this random guy starts shooting people. O.o o.O

Then EC went to fight the fella lah, then out of no where the building caught on fire. Don't ask me how, I just know it did. Then, EC rushed me out of the building and then I told him to get the rest of the people out of the building, but he wanted to get out first. So we continued arguing until we got into some random car and drove away from the burning building. After another few minutes of arguing, we finally head back to save the people!

But when we got there the fire brigade was there and they already put out the fire and saved the people. O.o

Then I woke up.

Weird....

Sagas, sequels and trilogies.

Have you ever gotten addicted to something you don't really like?

Like for example, you eat a candy, it tastes okay but has this funny after taste. Which tastes kinda bad, but then you eat another and another trying to put your finger on that mysterious taste. Then before you know it, you finished all your candy and then you have that urge to get another packet.

Not that I've ever eaten a candy like that before, cause to me almost all candy tastes good. Haha. But for me, I get that kind of feeling about books.

For example, the series I'm currently addicted to is that True Blood series by Charlaine Harris (I'm up to book 5). Which honestly isn't really all that awesome anyway. But when it comes to series, I find myself asking, "what happens next?"

So I buy the next book.

And the next,

and the next.

Other than True Blood, I also have a few other collections of trilogies, sequels, sagas and such.

Like House of Night. Which isn't really good either.

And that Generation Dead thing. The way the zombies talk annoy me.

And a few others.

I won't mention the Twilight saga cause I might not make a accurate comment, being that I am also a victim of the Edward Cullen effect.

But I think that's how saga and sequels and stuff like that are suppose to work. By reeling in more readers out of curiosity. Which is evil. Because it works.

it rocks my socks!!

Okay, in my previous post, I was talking about how Adam Lambert's album so did not rock my socks as much as I would have liked it to be rocked.

But Kris Allen's album totally rocks my socks!!!

Okay, maybe it's not Green Day 21st Century Breakdown perfect, but it's one of the best American Idol albums that I have. haha. The worst is without a doubt David Archuleta's album. hahahahahahaha. Don't hate me Archie fans, it's the truth.

Anyway, back to Kris's album. It's his self titled debut album. Basically it's kinda James Morrison, meets the Script, meets Kris Allen's husky voice. =) which is totally my kind of songs. =)

But no doubt the coolest song in his album is "Heartless." In my opinion he made it better. haha.

But the best is "is it over" Which is kinda like old RMB like that. Which is one of my favorite genre. =)

On a side note, I really should stop saying "rocks my socks". hahahaha. =)
